I offer two kinds of legal services. The first is first party insurance litigation. The second is general business advisory services. The common underlying theme is that I use my legal skill to help property and business owners protect and promote their assets.
First party insurance litigation is a unique and complex area of law. Although the insurance policy is a contract, special rules apply to property and casualty policies. My father has been in the insurance industry for decades, and this has honestly helped me become proficient in this complex area of law. I will seek to help you protect your assets by addressing insurance needs that may arise in the lifetime of ownership.
